Indianapolis – Here we come!!
Thank you for joining us at PaperCon 2019! We invite you to participate in our A La Carte style friendly conference Spouse/Guest Program at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis. Have a great time, meet new friends, and get reacquainted with old ones.
Schedule of Events
Sunday, May 5th
Breakfast on own
10:00 pm to 5:00 pm: Conference Registration including Runnability 5K Run and 1.5 Mile Walk registration
12:00 pm to 12:00 pm: Fellows Luncheon: Hyatt Regency Ballroom, invitation only
Monday, May 6th
7:30 am to 9:30 am: PaperCon/NETInc Annual Awards Breakfast: Indiana Convention Center, 500 Ballroom. Additional fees required
9:00 am to 10:30 am: Spouse/Guest Hospitality Room & Continental Breakfast at the Westin Hotel, Cameral Room. Presentation by the Indianapolis CVB at 9:00 am
9:30 am to 10:30 am: PaperCon Opening Session and Keynote Speaker, Amy Blankson, Co-Founder of GoodThink
11:00 am to 4:00 pm: Form small groups for activities and lunch on own
11:30 am to 1:30 pm: Exhibit Hall Open
5:00 pm to 7:00 pm: PaperCon Hospitality Reception in Exhibit Hall B/C.
Tuesday, May 7th
9:00 am to 10:30 am: Spouse/Guest Hospitality Room & Continental Breakfast at the Westin Hotel, Cameral Room
10:45 am – 2:30 pm Tuesday Spouse/Guest Activity: Take in the exciting sites and sounds of the city on this guided, interactive Indy Fun Tour and then enjoy a delightful lunch at the cozy Palomino. Meet at Registration Desk in the Indiana Convention Center at 10:30 am.
10:00 am to 1:30 pm: Exhibit Hall Open
Wednesday, May 8th
6:00 am to 8:00 am: 15th Annual Runnability 5K / 1.5 Mile Walk: Indianapolis Canal Run; Additional information at http://papercon.org/events/runnability-fun-run/. Additional fees required.
8:00 am to 9:30 am: Spouse/Guest Hospitality Room & Continental Breakfast at the Westin Hotel, Cameral Room
10:30 am to 1:30 pm: Exhibit Hall Open
11:00 am to 4:00 pm: Form small groups for activities and lunch on own.

Some Helpful PaperCon Conference Tips:
Spouse/Guest Hospitality Room & Continental Breakfast at the Westin Hotel, Cameral Room.
Conference dress attire is business casual to official functions such as receptions, speakers sessions, and conference technical sessions. Please wear your name badge to all conference related functions, but remove before leaving the hotel and convention center.
When coming to the Spouse/Guest Hospitality Room for morning breakfast, please bring the daily breakfast ticket and place in the basket. If you bring a non- paying -Spouse/Guest along, please donate $20 into the basket to cover the additional expense. All tickets to conference related functions can be kept in the back of your name badge.
We encourage everyone to have fun and meet new friends. We adhere to the saying, “No One is Left Behind", which means please ask a Spouse/Guest to join you in your daily activities whenever possible. There is safety in numbers, and we ask that no one goes out for the day alone.
